By this document, the Knowcosters Foundation, registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Xunta de Galicia No 2014/4, assigns the Fiscal Footprint free of charge, to PANTIGA VERA RUBEN (www.kibomodaconsciente.com) with CIF: 32879823N, for the term of one year, after having received from it the tax certificate of Condition of VAT passive subject and the certificate of the Ministry of Finance of census identification. With this action, the Knowcosters Foundation, through the Fiscal Footprint, reports that the company PANTIGA VERA RUBEN (www.kibomodaconsciente.com) pays its taxes (VAT and Corporation Tax) in Spain. For its part, PANTIGA VERA RUBEN (www.kibomodaconsciente.com) certifies that it has read and accepted the bases that appear at the bottom of this document, and accepts that the logo of its company appears on the Knowcosters.org page, in the public list of companies that have already implemented the Tax Footprint. Likewise, PANTIGA VERA RUBEN (www.kibomodaconsciente.com) is committed to making the initiative carried out by the Foundation reach its clients and suppliers, through the Fiscal Footprint.

The person responsible for providing the information to this form declares that they have the quality and sufficient powers to incorporate it. In the same way, it declares that said information is current and truthful, otherwise, the certification cannot be granted. In the event that personal data is collected, the person responsible for the treatment is the Knowcosters Foundation, in order to manage the request. Each Fiscal Fingerprint is created exclusively for a specific company, so it cannot be transferred to any other. Once the Fiscal Footprint application is approved, one year after it is granted and after contacting his/her managers, the information provided by the companies will be reviewed to verify that all the data is still true and suitable for maintaining the certification.
