Return period: the user will have a period of 30 days from the confirmation of the shipping email, to return/change the order, counting from the date of delivery. The product may be returned by any means that proves the shipment, and that records that the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the established period (either through the stamp of the courier company used for the return, or the date of certified mail).

Request : the customer must request a return or exchange through the contact section at www.kibomodaconsciente.com. You must specify your desire to change or return along with the order reference where the item(s) is located. Subsequently, the item will be exchanged or returned.

Confirmation: once we accept the return/exchange request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you must print the request document which you must include in your package. In case of return, you can proceed to send it by ordinary mail or by the courier of your choice.

State of the product: the product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep the accessories and original labeling.

Postage: the shipping and return of the product will be paid by the customer.

Reimbursement: once the merchandise has been received and verified that the merchandise is in perfect condition, KIBō MODA CONSCIENTE will proceed to refund the amount of the article, although the costs corresponding to the initial shipment will not be refunded, even in the case of having been Free at first for the client. The shipping costs of the order will only be reimbursed in the case of defective products or products that have been sent incorrectly by the company.
